Pet In Touch should be welcoming, useful and safe for pets and their people.

Be respectful

Do not bully, threaten, stalk, shame or target others. Hate speech and discrimination are not permitted.

Protect people and animals

Do not publish animal cruelty, dangerous challenges, exploitation, credible threats, instructions for self-harm or content that promotes illegal activity. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion and sexual trafficking involving a child, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited. Review our Child Safety Standards.

Respect privacy and authenticity

Do not expose private information, impersonate another person or organization, or post media without the necessary permission.

No spam or manipulation

Do not send repetitive unwanted messages, run scams, manipulate engagement, distribute malware or mislead users for financial gain.

Report and block

Use the Report option on profiles and content when these rules are violated. Use Block to immediately stop mutual content and messaging interactions. Reports are confidential and reviewed by moderators.

Enforcement

Actions may include limiting visibility, hiding content, account suspension or referral to appropriate authorities. Decisions consider context, severity and repeated behavior.
